This is Gibson! He's a very sweet, young boy (1-2 years old). He loves toys, especially squeaky ones. He'll need a good sturdy squeaky toy because he has a tendency to chew up soft ones!
Gibson is a very active buddy, and he also calms down quickly once he's burned some energy off. Gibson was never introduced to living indoors, and he's had a great transition into his foster home. He's now housebroken and knows basic commands such as ‘sit’ and ‘down’. In fact, he's wonderful in the house with no barking or chewing.
He does very well with other dogs and children. He's a little too boisterous for young children, but he would love an older child or two to play with! He would prefer to go to a home with someone who stays home or to a family with another dog for company. He is crate trained, but he prefers to be with his family as much as possible.

He can become an expert escape artist since he prefers being around others (dogs or people); therefore, he will require a yard with a sturdy, 6 ft or higher wooden fence. Chain link won't work because he figured out how to climb up the fence in his first foster home. He also needs to go to a home with no cats as he's cat sharp.
He has been treated for heartworms and is fully recovered.
Gibson’s favorite things are laying his head in your lap, playing with a squeaky toy, and taking afternoon naps. He would be a very loving, very affectionate pet for a family!

go back
Maci is about 4 months old, female. She’s a delight to have around. Maci loves to snuggle, gets along with other dogs, cats, and loves all people. She’s almost completely housetrained and sleeps in her crate at night without a fuss. She’s learning to walk on a leash, which she’s very good at, and learning some basic obedience and manners. Maci is up to date on her vaccinations and is on heartworm preventative. She’s looking for a home with people to snuggle with!
