caseus | Back
Caseus was adopted from the Memphis Animal Shelter when he was about 2 years old. He is now 8 and still full of zest. He loves people, and obviously, loves to play in the water, too!
Caseus is being offered for adoption by his owners, because as their family has grown - new dogs, children - Caseus has made it clear that he prefers to be an only dog. He particularly is no longer able to get along with the other family pets, and therefore we feel that Caseus would be best as an only dog, with no other small pets due to his prey drive.
Caseus is house and crate trained. He currently lives with 3 small children, whom he adores, but his owners feel he would be best to go to a home with only older children, or no children.
Caseus was featured on "Planet's Funniest Animals" in 2003 because he smiles when he gets excited. His name is the latin word for "cheese" because he was so smiley when his family adopted him from the animal shelter.
Caseus is located in Memphis, TN (west.) |

Biscuit | Back
ADOPTION PENDING
Biscuit came to us from a shelter in Kentucky. He is a sweet little man. He is thin right now at 36.9 lbs but should be about 40-43 lbs when filled out.
He is extremely quiet in the house. You really don't even know he is there unless you see him.
The only time I have heard him bark was when he was playing with the other boys and barked to get them to play with him.
We have been working on his manners and skills daily and feel he is coming right along.
Biscuit is a little timid around adults until he gets to know them. When it comes to kids, I don't think there is a child this dog wouldn't love.
He plays well with other dogs and is more on the submissive side. Biscuit is almost totally housebroken and crate trained, but his preferred spot is on the couch, as you can see from the picture.

ben | Back
Ben is 1-2 years old, uncomplicated, drop dead gorgeous and ready to be part of an active family. He's still very much "puppy" at 60-65 lbs. He is relatively mellow as GSPs go, not super high energy. He is housebroken and crate trained, rides well in the car.
Ben needs general obedience training, but is very sweet, great with children and will make a fantastic family pet. We are currently unable to assess how he is with other dogs.
If you would like to add this sweet boy to your family, please fill out an application to adopt | HERE | or email JANET for more information about Ben.
Ben is located in Memphis (west TN). |

| Scout | Back
Scout is a well-behaved older gentleman, about 10 years old. He is very teachable. He loves to play ball (and brings it back!)
Scout and his foster family's English Pointer have become BFF: they race up and down the yard passing a tennis ball back and forth like basketball players running down the court. He has learned to sit on command and is now house trained. He has not attempted to vault my 4 ft. fence, and seems quite content to stay in the yard.
Scout loves his people, and likes nothing better than to sit and lean against your knee. This boy has a lot of life left in him and will make a wonderful addition to a family. |

One caveat: although he can sit quietly in the same room with our cat, he will try to chase her when she moves about. So he may be best in a home with no cats!
Scout is located in Chattanooga, TN (southeast corner.) |
