We are overjoyed to share that sweet Ellie has officially found her forever family — the Antoline family!

Ellie’s foster family shared just how special this journey has been: “Fostering Ellie has been one of my greatest privileges and blessings. In the short time she was with us, she brought so much joy, chaos, love, and silliness into our home. While there’s a small hole in our lives without her, it’s quickly healing thanks to the wonderful updates from her new family and the peace of knowing she is beginning her absolute best life… It was my great honor to be a tiny part of Ellie’s journey and help prepare her for FOREVER love.”

Her new family knew from the very beginning that Ellie was meant to be theirs: “We fell in love with Ellie from the moment we saw her on the SEGSP website. Her big personality reminded us so much of our Vizsla, Louie. It didn’t take a week before it felt like she had been part of our family for years. Ellie and Louie are already becoming best friends, and after learning her story, we knew we were the family to give her the forever home she deserves.”

Ellie’s adoption is such a wonderful example of the difference fostering makes and the happy endings that are possible through rescue.
