Moe, now Penny

Moe, now Penny, is HOME!  Congratulations to this beautiful girl and her amazing forever family: Shelley, Chris, her human siblings, canine siblings, and feline siblings. Wow… that’s one big, happy crew!

Penny came to rescue after surviving a heartbreaking, abusive past. She was severely emaciated, with a body condition score of just 1 out of 9, and she was also heartworm positive. Thanks to months of dedicated care, proper nutrition, medical treatment and, of course, endless affection, patience, and love - Penny is now fully healed and continues discovering just how wonderful life can be.

This girl has come so far, and her future is brighter than ever. One VERY lucky pup, indeed! Congratulations to Penny and her family… we couldn’t be happier for you all!
