Welcome Home (For Good!), Roo!  We are so excited to share that sweet Roo has officially been adopted by the Coggins family — and this one is a foster fail (i.e. SUCCESS)!

Roo was first fostered by our incredible volunteer, Elle, when he came into rescue. She loved him well, cared for him faithfully, and gave him such a strong start during his time with SEGSP. We are so very grateful for all she did for him — and for her continued dedication as a volunteer. He was later fostered by Sandra and Ron Coggins… and the rest is history.  Sandra shared that she “quite literally fell in love at first sight with Roo in our veterinarian’s lobby several weeks ago.”

Here’s what Sandra had to say: “Thank you Southeast GSP Rescue for all you have done to bring sweet Roo into our lives. I quite literally fell in love at first sight with Roo in our veterinarian’s lobby several weeks ago. Your organization (especially Mandy and Elle) made this process both seamless and thorough. The dogs you rescue are beautiful creatures of God and Ron and I are so thankful you’ve made this your mission.”

Sandra and Ron, we are so thankful you opened your hearts and home to Roo. There is nothing sweeter than a foster family realizing they can’t imagine life without the dog they’re fostering. That’s when you know it was meant to be.
