Lucky

On this St. Patrick’s day it seems appropriate to announce that Lucky has found his forever home with the Golden family.   

His new mom said, “Finn (formerly known as  Lucky) is the perfect gentleman. He is so calm and sweet with his new brothers and sisters. He is a true Velcro GSP…stuck like glue to our sides and constantly underfoot in the best way possible. We feel so “lucky” to have been chosen to be his new family. He is truly the bestest boy. As a side note: thank you so much to each and every person that came into contact with him at SEGSP Rescue. I know he was in rough shape when he arrived and took a lot of care and money to get him to where he is today. We are deeply grateful and appreciative.”


It truly took a village with this sweet boy.  He came to rescue emaciated and it was discovered that he has seizures.  He had some angels as fosterers:  Gigi, the Shelley’s and the Barkers, who all loved and cared for him, getting him healthy, and showing him what it’s like to feel love and be part of a family.   And transporters helped, too:  Amy, Tylor and Marian.  Each person that met him knew immediately that he was special and instantly fell in love.  We are so thrilled that the Goldens have adopted him and know that he has a wonderful life ahead.  Congrats, Finn!
