Racket

Racket is officially home with his new mom Melody.

“The minute I met Rackit, I knew he was sent from heaven to redeem and heal the sudden passing of my GSP “Ike” to bone cancer that I lost Ike 18 months ago. After our family grieved him, I prayed to have another GSP in my life that would be a bonding, loving family member.

My daughter Isabel came across your wonderful organization in December 2024, and I started browsing the website, waiting for the right one! One day, Rackit appeared and his description was spot on.

A fun-playful and energetic cuddle-bug, longing to have a permanent home. I knew he was the one when his foster mom, Caitlyn, said that he “had too much energy”. After a long wait, my heart, OUR hearts are full! Our home is Rackits’ forever home  We love him so much already and I can’t wait to spoil and build a life of memories and travel with my boy 
Rackit has more energy than any GSP I have had, even at almost 5 years old. He gets early morning walks and long ball time play in the evenings, plus park play dates with other family dogs. Rackit is settling just fine and now “guards” the house with loud bark and loves his back yard. This is his second month with us and it feels like it’s been a year already. Such a sweet boy and a gift!
