Cash (NC) foster dog news

Another update on Cash (NC), our emaciated boy who went to the ER with Parvo and vomiting on April 1 (not an April Fool’s joke) …

His foster dad Drew said, “For the past 2 days, he has eaten every meal. We are working on getting his stool firmer with carrots and pumpkin and he seems to enjoy those treats with his food.  He got over the fear of the doggie door, and that has stopped any messes in the house. He appears to be back to his weight when I got him. He still has the food drive, but now we are working on commands and keeping him off the counters. I feel comfortable saying we are almost back to solid ground health wise for him.”

YAY Cash!  We can’t thank Drew enough for his dedication to helping Cash through this crisis.  We have no doubt, especially seeing these photos, that Cash is on his way to a healthy and very happy life
