June (SC) - Foster Dog News

June (SC) is thriving and her foster family said, “She is very much your typical 18-month-old GSP - all energy, all the time! She absolutely loves having the freedom to run all day on our land, and she’s doing so much better with her recall and manners. We’re still working on the counter surfing but she’s learning!

She and Little Bit (our 17-year-old alum from 2018) get along wonderfully. June has also decided my 21-year-old son is her person — she sleeps with him every single night, but only under the covers. She’ll gently whine until someone lifts them for her!
Crates are not her thing, and the anxiety is so intense she’ll hurt herself trying to get out, so we avoid that altogether. But give her any toy and she is in heaven. She heads in for her spay on December 2nd.
Overall, June is energetic, loving, expressive, and not shy about letting you know exactly what she wants. We adore her!”
