Luke

​We have another sad post to share.  Our 2016 Alum, Chockie Baba (formerly Luke) has passed away.  His mom, Susanne, said, “We used to foster with you for years when we lived in Asheville. The last foster we had, we failed and had him for over 8 years. His name was Luke, and he came from a shelter in New Bern, NC. We changed his name to Chockie Baba, and he was the sweetest most loving boy. Unfortunately, he died about 3 weeks ago. He succumbed to stomach cancer. We will miss him always.”
