​Say Hello to Boone (TN, 2 yo)!
Boone’s story started as a stray in Tennessee, but it’s clear this sweet boy hasn’t let that define him. We estimate he’s around 2 years old, and already he’s showing everyone what a wonderful dog he is. In just a few short days, Boone has proven to be an absolute gem. He has shown no aggression toward other dogs, is great with kids, and while he’s curious about cats, he hasn’t shown any aggression. He’s housebroken, knows how to sit, and has a calm, loving demeanor that makes him easy to fall for.

We are so grateful to everyone who has helped Boone along the way, especially Kerrie, Rachel, and the Cupp family for stepping up to temporarily foster him and give him a safe, loving place to land.

Boone will be neutered soon and get a full vet check (we’re all praying for no heartworms). Over the next few weeks, he’ll settle into rescue life while we continue learning more about him, including crate training and what will make him thrive in his forever home.

So far, one thing is certain—Boone is a very good boy, and we can’t wait to watch his journey unfold. Stay tuned for updates on this handsome guy!
