Cash (SC) - Foster Dog News

Welcome to SEGSP rescue Cash!  And thank you so much to his transporters who helped him get from Alabama to South Carolina (Wayne, Meredith, Glen, Amber and John)! And a special thank you to Jacqueline at the Andalusia Animal Shelter for contacting us about Cash.

Cash, about 1 year old, will need to be vetted while in rescue, including heartworm testing and neutering.  He will need to have his temperament evaluated and some training for resource guarding and although he does well with female dogs, he is weary around male dogs.

And of course, thank you, to Cash’s foster parents John and Linda. This is their 4th foster dog for SEGSP.  John reports, “He’s an active boy and already knows sit (for a treat).  He barks two times at new people then makes friends.”

We can’t wait to hear more about Cash as he gets more comfortable.
