Dexter (TN) - Foster Dog News

Welcome to SEGSP Dexter (TN, 1 yo, 45.5 lbs.)!  Dexter came to rescue as a stray at the Humane Society of Elmore County in Alabama. Our AL/MS State Coordinator Beth picked him up and temp fostered him while we searched for a foster home.  Our TN Volunteers came through, and we owe a big thank you to Michelle who picked up Dexter from Beth and temp fostered him for a few day.  And of course, thank you to his current foster mom Denise.


Word has it that Dexter loves his new backyard.  His foster parents said, “the dogs are getting along and playing, and Dexter seems to be adjusting well.  He loves his new friend Cooper. He slept all night in his crate without a peep.”


Dexter is neutered and healthy, so he will just need 4 weeks of temperament before he’s ready for adoption.
