Dublin (NC) foster dog news

We have an awesome update on Dublin (NC, 6 mo) who suffered from an intussusception of the small intestine. From her foster mom Kathy (our NC/SC Volunteer Coordinator):

“Dublin is doing very well! She has healed beautifully from her extensive surgery, has put on some much-needed weight, and is becoming more active every day.
Her personality is really starting to shine. She loves going for walks on her leash, happily eats everything put in front of her, and plays well with my three dogs.

She's becoming a much more typical six-month-old puppy, so much so that I've nicknamed her "Dublin Down on Chaos." She is constantly underfoot, wants to play all the time, and, of course, tries to put everything in her mouth.

Like any puppy, she'll play hard for a while and then suddenly crash into a deep, snore-filled sleep. It is the cutest thing ever to hear her snoring away.
She goes in for another checkup this week, and we'll get an updated weight then. But honestly, the pictures speak for themselves - just look at her!”
