Mr Murphy (FL) - Foster Dog News

We’re a little late in welcoming Mr. Murphy to SEGSP (FL, 5 yo).  He came to rescue 4 weeks ago, is healthy and neutered.  Here’s an update from his awesome foster mom Kerry (this is her 2nd foster dog for SEGSP):
“Murphy is doing well! He’s such a smart boy and so sweet. He gets along with our other dog (also Murphy-lol) and loves every person he meets.  He does like to harass the chickens a little, but not so much as to stress them out, but we definitely now have a racetrack worn down around the chicken coop. We also have 2 cats, one he is perfectly fine with, the other he obsesses over, so as far as cats go, I would personally err on the side of caution. He still needs work on manners but he’s a really smart boy and sit and down are pretty good now! He does pull on a leash but does better when we use the easy walk harness. He’s potty trained.he likes toys but does not play fetch, he’s really good with stuffies and does not destroy them! He’s not a digger but he is a trash picker :( he does great in the crate.”
