Ranger (TN) - Foster Dog News

Our sweet Ranger (TN) is putting the finishing touches on his bio and should officially be ready for adoption in just a couple of days! And trust us when we say someone very lucky is going to be chosen as this boy’s forever family.
Ranger went through so much before coming into rescue, and we have absolutely loved watching him realize that he is safe, loved and welcome in his foster home. When he first arrived, he was unsure of himself, shy and timid. Now his tail is wagging, he’s playing with his foster siblings, and more of his sweet personality comes out every day.
At 7 years old, Ranger is a GSP mix with so many of the traits we love about our pointers — but with a super-chill personality that may just be the best of both worlds! He is incredibly sweet and affectionate and loves nothing more than being close to his people. He wants to be your constant companion and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you.
He is also a perfect gentleman in the house and can be left loose when his foster family is gone. At night, he sleeps on his bed right beside his foster parents.
And while Ranger may be a pretty chill guy, there’s one thing that definitely brings out his playful side: a tennis ball in the backyard! As you can see in this video, he LOVES chasing one. Seeing this once-timid boy running, playing and enjoying life is pretty special.
Keep an eye out for Ranger’s official bio in the next few days. We have a feeling there are going to be a lot of people who see what we see in this sweet boy.
Someone very lucky is going to get to call Ranger family.
