Thunder (FL, 8 months old) foster dog news

Welcome to SEGSP Thunder (FL, 8 months old)!  Thunder has gained 8 pounds already since entering rescue (no 57 bs.) and the Vet said he’s going to be “big” and has very large paws to grow into.  Thankfully, he is heartworm negative and healthy.

Thunder’s foster mom, Elease, told us, “I think he would do well with siblings close in size. He enjoys walks, chasing lizards and other wildlife, and toys! He’s done very well learning our underground fence boundaries. And he is coming along well learning basic commands (sit, down, place, kennel). He’s very food motivated so that helps with training.   He’s very friendly and wants to say hello to any human although he’s not been exposed to young children or even teens. He sleeps in his kennel well overnight.”
