SEGSP Rescue Dogs Ready for Adoption
Florida
State Coordinator: Dorothy Thompson
Volunteer Coordinator: Linda Kratochwill
Hi, my name is Jack, and I am the biggest goofball ever, or so my foster Mom thinks. I am a young guy, just over a year old, and big too. I am tall but still on the skinny side, let’s say lanky. My foster Mom is feeding me a lot, but I go and go all day long. I love to play with my foster sister Babs. She is the best! She puts up with me bugging her all the time and pulling her around by the collar.
Since being with my foster family, I have learned to crate, it’s one of my favorite places now, and stay off the furniture. I still try every now and then and always get busted. I know basic commands. I still need more leash training and since I am young am a work in progress. I do have one not so good habit and that is counter surfing. Not all the time, mostly in the evening at dinner time. It is just so easy, since I am tall I can reach most anything and what’s a guy to do. I must check it out. I am getting better but I probably will never give it up completely. My foster Mom says I am the sweetest, not a mean bone in my body. I would love a home with lots of people, a big fenced in yard, another dog to be friends with. I probably am too big and full of energy for a cat and especially, no small children. Older children are good. My adoption fee is $375. I am up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, neutered, microchipped and young, what a deal! If you think I could be your new family member, please fill an adoption application if you haven’t already and/or email my foster family segsp.linda@gmail.com. Comments are closed.
