Rocky was found in Heflin, AL, off of highway 46 on Monday, 9/28/26.  He is microchipped with a Chelsea, AL address, but the owner has not responded (it's possible his phone number was not updated with the chip company).  Rocky has been well cared for - healthy, neutered and trimmed nails. He was also wearing an army green vest/halter.  Someone definitely loved this boy.  If you recognize him, please message the finder at:

Proof of ownership required. Rocky is not up for adoption.  Thank you for sharing...
