Precious Gertie is ready to find her forever home! It has been such a treat for us to foster her. She has been so sweet and the perfect house guest from day one. Everyone who meets her falls in love….people and other dogs alike. 

Gertie is about 10 months old, 40 lbs, fully house-trained, and has a calm, submissive personality. She knows sit, shake, down and goes in her crate like a champ. She loves all the toys, walks, and adventures, as well as playing and snuggling with her foster sister. She is so well mannered for her age but she does still have some puppy energy and habits and will need continued obedience training. Like all GSPs she struggles to keep 4 feet on the floor!

Our desire for her is to have a family that will love her and give her both plenty of play time and plenty of snuggles. A large, fenced yard is a must and we think she would love to be with another dog and/or kids. A home that will let her on the couch would be a dream! Gertie is so special to us and we can’t wait to find her an equally special forever family.
