Meet IVAN – Your New Best Friend!
Looking for a sweet, energetic, and handsome companion?
Look no further than IVAN!
This 4-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer is ready to bring love, fun, and adventure into your life. He’s a well-mannered, affectionate boy with a wagging tail and a heart full of love.
Why You’ll Love Ivan:
  • Energy Level: Moderate. He’s calm in the house, kennel-trained, and well-behaved.
  • Favorite Activities: Sunbathing, chasing squirrels (or his foster brother, Tate), and soaking up all the affection he can get.
  • Training & Skills: He knows “sit,” walks politely on a leash, and eats like a gentleman.
  • Special Quirks: Working on his signature "hug" when he sees you! He does need mild sedation for vet visits.
The Perfect Home for Ivan:
  • Household Type: A loving family of any size with a fenced yard where he can roam and play.
  • Other Pets: Great with other dogs but has not been tested with cats, poultry, or livestock.
  • Children: SEGSP does not adopt to homes with children under 6 years old.
  • Space Needs: He’s housebroken and crate-trained but will thrive with a yard to explore.
What Makes Ivan Special?Ivan isn’t just a good-looking pup—he’s full of love and devotion. He’s affectionate, social, and always happy to greet new people. While he gets a little nervous at the vet, he’s otherwise a confident, friendly boy who just wants to be part of a family.
Ready to Meet Ivan?If Ivan sounds like your perfect match, we’d love to introduce you! His adoption fee is $375.
