Hello,
 My name is Belle  and I’ll be 9 months old on Sept 14th and I’ve been in rescue since I was only a wee little one at 2 months old. I am a spayed female liver GSP and I’m a great weight at 35 lbs, so you can take me anywhere and everywhere. I am still a puppy so please only experienced patient GSP owners apply because I really want a family that will love me forever and just look at how cute I am, don’t you agree someone as cute as me deserves the best home ever?!! My foster mom calls me a work in progress, but I’ve really come a long way since she picked me up. She is teaching me manners and patience like I know “off” means I can’t jump and aggravate everyone or get on the counters while she is preparing my food. I know “leave it” means I’m not allowed to bother whatever it is I’m so curious about at that time like the nope ropes, spicy sky raisins and her bedroom shoes. To my defense her bedroom shoes are fluffy like my favorite stuffies. My new home must have other animals because I love all dogs big and small, and it keeps me entertained and occupied so I don’t get into any trouble. I need humans that are willing to continue by obedience training because as I said I’m just a puppy and it takes time and understanding when working with me. I know to sit and wait for my food, before I get in and out of my kennel and to sit and wait for all doors to open and close, my new pawrents will have to reinforce this behavior so that I don’t forget it. I’ve had a couple of accidents in my kennel but that’s cause I was mad at my foster mom for going out to dinner without me, I’m usually pretty good but if I’m playing very hard with all my friends I forget to ask to go out, so I need a family that is willing to keep me on a strict schedule like Miss Vicki has me on. I’m not a picky eater and will eat my food as soon as you put it down, but I need a slow feeder because shelter life was stressful, and I gulped my food down so no one could take it from me. Miss Vicki said I don’t have bad behavior but it’s just puppy behavior and my new owners will need to know exactly what that means and teach me right from wrong. I’m very loving and sweet when I’m fully exercised and happy. Things I love are wrestling with my foster siblings and playing catch me if you can which no one can because I’m super-fast.
