Hi there, 
If you are looking for A LOT of love, licking and lack of personal space, look no further! Tess has it all! Just to name a few, Tess is smart, happy-go-lucky, super sweet, playful, curious, fearless, sensitive and has NO boundaries! To sum her up, she’s a canine comedian that’s just here for the paw-ty. Tess might be small in size, but she has a HUGE personality! 

​Meet Tess: 
Hey everybody! I’m a 1.5-year-old gsp that lived as a stray on the streets in South Carolina, along with my siblings.  Me and my sister were lucky enough to have SEGSP Rescue to find us at a shelter and place us in foster homes. I’m happy for my sister, who found her forever home already. I had to stay longer because I had something called Heartworms and needed treatments. My foster Mom and Dad didn’t like taking me for treatments because they hurt and made me feel really bad. I’m sure glad that’s over and now I’m ready to find my forever home to!  

My foster parents think I’m a goofball and laugh at me all the time. I like that because I want ALL the attention! If I don’t get it, I’ll take it! I live for belly rubs, car rides, treats, playing rough with my foster brothers and running 100 mph everywhere I go! I also ‘love’ cats and groundhogs, I will literally love them to death. I’m housebroken to a doggy door and crate trained. Although, the crate isn’t my favorite place to be so I will give you the sad eyes until you feel bad for closing the door and let me out. I am cute and I know how to use it!  I’m glad I have my foster brothers to keep me company. I get excited when I see a leash, but I’m still learning how to use it. I don’t get to play with the smaller kids because I don’t know my own strength so only kids over the age of six in my new home.. I don’t mean to be rough; I just like to play. To be clear, I still have a lot of puppy left in me. I’m mischievous. I will eat things I’m not supposed to and chew on anything I can find. But my foster parents think I’m worth every ounce of trouble that I cause! I am still a puppy after all and will need a family who is active with me. 

I can’t wait to find my forever home and start my next adventure! I am a happy, healthy dog who is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.
