Archie Andrews is a handsome, affectionate GSP looking for an active home that can give him the time, attention, and companionship he deserves. This sweet boy is equal parts energetic adventure buddy and loving cuddle companion. Whether he’s playing outside, exploring with his family, or curled up nearby for a nap, Archie simply wants to be close to his people.
Archie is very smart, crate trained, knows “sit,” and currently sleeps on a dog bed in his family’s room. He thrives on interaction and would do best with someone familiar with high-energy working breeds or a family that enjoys outdoor activities and can include him in daily life.
He gets along well with kids, dogs, cats, and farm animals, making him a wonderful candidate for many different home environments.

Important Notes
Archie does experience anxiety during storms. During bad weather, he seeks comfort from his people and does best when he is not left alone. His family has tried calming methods such as medications and a Thunder Shirt, and they’ve found that reassurance and companionship help him the most.
