Mia is a beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer born on June 6, 2017. Weighing approximately 50 pounds, this pretty little lady is looking for a loving family to call her own.
Mia loves the simple things in life—snuggling with her favorite blankie, relaxing out on the deck, and curling up to watch TV with her family.
Making the decision to rehome Mia has been incredibly difficult. Her favorite person recently left for college and is unable to have a dog where she lives. With both parents working, they know Mia deserves more love, attention, and companionship than they are currently able to provide. Their greatest wish is to find her a forever home where she will be cherished.
Mia is a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through. She has had limited exposure to other animals, primarily seeing them at the groomer or while being kenneled during family vacations. She has done well around other dogs and children in those settings, but a slow introduction to new pets is recommended.
