Hoosier (GA) - Courtesy Listing

Hoosier - Midway, GA

Hoosier is sweet 3 year old male GSP.  He is handsome and energetic with wonderful overall temperament located in Midway, GA. He loves being part of a family, gets along great with our cat and senior dog. Is safe around young children but is exciteable and a can be rambunctious. But never malicious in his intent.   Hoosier is potty trained and has always been allowed up on furniture.  He is not destructive inside.  He is a typical GSP and has lots of energy.  He would be best suited in a home with a fenced in yard.  If left unsupervised outdoors too long he will dig and is still working on his recall skills.  He is up to date on shots, on heart worm prevention and intact.
Hoosier would thrive with an active individual or family who understands high-energy breeds and can provide him with plenty of exercise, outdoor play, and love. Would also do best in a home with another dog, as he has never been the only dog in the house.  Because he pulls on the leash and has zero recall right now, a secure yard and someone willing to continue leash/recall training will make him the ultimate companion.
Due to increase in military deployments/rotations and extended time away from home, our family is sadly unable to give Hoosier the time and exercise he deserves.  If you feel that Hoosier would be a good fit for you and your family, please call Corey at 812-774-2485.  There may be a fee associated with this adoption.

A rehoming fee will apply to help ensure a safe and committed forever home.
