Meet Major 🐾
Major is a 6-year-old, 60 lb German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) full of energy, love, and personality. He’s up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and neutered—ready for his next adventure!
Major is everything you’d expect from a GSP: active, playful, and always ready to run. He’s incredibly sweet and affectionate, with a soft spot for snuggles after a long day of fun. He knows some commands like fetch and a few tricks, and his recall is solid.
He does have a few quirks to be aware of:

• He can be anxious at times
• He prefers not to share food or toys and may show aggression in those situations – he has bitten another dog over a toy
• Because of this, he would do best in a home without children
• While generally good with other animals, supervision is important, especially around toys

Major has a strong prey drive and would thrive in a home with space to run—ideally with someone who enjoys the outdoors or even hunting and can help him channel his natural instincts.
