 Meet River, a 2½-year-old spayed female German Shorthaired Pointer with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. River weighs approximately 50 lbs and is described as energetic, sweet, and very cuddly. She is a purebred GSP who brings endless joy, affection, and enthusiasm to everything she does.
 Why River Needs a New Home: Due to changes in her owners’ life circumstances, it has become clear that they can no longer provide the time, space, and lifestyle River truly deserves. This decision was made with great care and love, and the goal is to place River in a home where she will thrive long-term.
 Personality & Lifestyle: River is full of joyful energy and thrives when she can be active. She loves fetch, hiking, and spending time outdoors, and she truly shines when she has space to roam. She has enjoyed time on hunting property and does best when she can regularly exercise both her body and mind. Despite her energy, she is also very affectionate and loves to cuddle with her people.
 Training & Behavior: River is crate trained and has completed basic obedience training. She knows her commands, has no behavioral challenges, and has no bite history. She is well-mannered and eager to please.
 Other Animals & Kids: River gets along well with kids, dogs, and cats, making her a great fit for a family environment.
 Medical Information: River is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccinations. She has no known medical issues, and veterinary records will be provided.
 Ideal Home: River would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard, an active family, and people who can give her regular exercise, attention, and companionship. A home with kids would be a great match for her loving and playful nature.
