Bodacious (aka Bo) - SC

6/20/2019

Meet sweet Bo!

Bodacious (aka Bo) is currently in Leesville, SC (30 min from Columbia) and would like to find his forever home. His family sadly has to part with him due to health conditions.

He is 4 years old, gets along well with all humans, including children, but chases cats. He used to be okay with other dogs, but was attacked on 2 different occasions by a vicious dog and has since showed fear aggression toward other male dogs. He is shy with people when first meeting them, especially men, but eventually warms up.

He does not have any food aggression, loves attention and is very high energy.  He needs a home that has a fenced in yard that he can run, run, run all day until he wears himself out. If he doesn’t get a lot of exercise he will try to get back out to the yard and would need to be crated if you don’t want him outside – a doggy door would be perfect for him.

Bo’s mother/Dam is purple ribbon bred – her owner hunted with her and she was a champion winning almost all her hunts. Bo has not had the opportunity to hunt, but there is a possibility he would do well because of his lineage and certainly has the energy and drive.

If you’re interested in adopting Bo, please contact his current owner, Jennifer at jennrshaw83@gmail.com or 803-206-4584.

Note: Bo is not being fostered by SEGSP Rescue. Please direct all inquiries to his current owner Jennifer.
