2026 Southeast GSP Rescue Calendar — A Year of GSP Joy!
NEED HELP
Sadly, in economic downturns many people are faced with tough decisions about their pets. If you are having trouble paying for food and medicine for your pet, there are many organizations that can help. Before making the decision to give up your animal, please check out these resources to ease the financial strain while keeping your pet healthy and safe at home.
These are a FRACTION of the resources available. If you don't see what you need, try googling "Pet Financial Aid". Additionally, there are many pet food pantries available by city and state location. We encourage you to google "Pet Food Pantry" and your city/state, to find a location.
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit - affiliates of National GSP Rescue and GSPCA We are a close-knit group of volunteers in AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC & TN. We find loving homes for GSPs in need, promote animal welfare & responsible breeding, and educate the public about this incredible breed that has brought us together.
We are incredibly proud of what we accomplished in 2025. But the truth is, there were even more GSPs in need last year that we simply couldn’t help because we didn’t have enough foster homes. While some were able to find help through our Courtesy Listings, too many dogs still had to be turned away.
Looking ahead in 2026, the single biggest way you can help us save more GSPs is by becoming a foster volunteer. Please consider helping SEGSP Rescue continue our mission. Getting started is easy:
* Visit https://www.segsprescue.org/volunteer.html * Complete a foster application * We’ll guide you through the rest… home visit, support, vet care (all pre-approved expenses), and ongoing guidance every step of the way. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who made our 2025 successes possible - our volunteers, donors, coordinators, and all those working behind the scenes (you know who you are). You truly make this rescue work.
Here’s to a Happy New Year and a hopeful 2026! Together, we can save even more lives.
