SEGSP Rescue Dogs Ready for Adoption
Alabama
State Coordinator: Beth Harless
Volunteer Coordinators: Gail Bartlett, and Amanda Myers
Hi there, I’m Remington in Alabama and I’m 4 years old, healthy, I love all people, and although I’ve tried, I just never warmed up to my foster canine sibling. I think I would be more comfortable in a home without other dogs so I can get all the love (hey, why not). I am your typical loving, cuddling, people-loving GSP and I’m proud of it.
I’m house-trained (that means I prefer to have my privacy in the backyard like you prefer your privacy in your small room), I’m very smart and I really want to learn more commands and like most GSPs, I want to be included in adventures and fun play in a fenced yard (I LOVE to wander my yard and explore). I’m what you call crate-trained, but I prefer not to be alone in the house when I’m crated or I’ve been known to find a way out of my crate to explore (it’s super fun for me, but for some reason my foster folks say that’s bad). I’ve learned to be an inside dog with all of its awesome benefits, but I’m still working on what my foster mom calls counter surfing (it’s just too tempting). But I’m smart, and with a forever family to show me the ropes, you bet, I’ll learn all the rules. If you think I’m the one for you, please complete an adoption application on our website (if you haven’t already) then email my foster mom Laura at fitasafiddlellc@gmail.com P.S. I’m neutered, vaccinated, microchipped an super handsome, so my adoption fee is $375 |
