Boss

​Boss (NC) is off to his new home (yes, his forever home) with his dog training dad and his sweet new mom.

His foster mom Vicki said, “Oh my sweet Boss Dog things aren’t going to be the same without your morning hugs, your silly grin and your perfect morning attitude. You came to me feeling broken and forgotten but you are leaving me with so much love and happiness in your heart and boy did we find the perfect parents for you to share it all with. Your new mom and dad were nothing but smiles as they pulled up and mom was waving out the window at you. You are getting the best of both worlds with your new parents, mom is going to spoil you rotten and probably give you more than your fair share of treats, toys and kisses. Your new dad is just like me, sweet boy and he is gonna keep you in shape, well trained and teach you how to be the best dog you can be. They both have felt the loss of a dog that they loved so much, so I need you to cherish them, kiss them when they feel sad, lay at their feet when they feel cold, offer your paw when they need a hand to hold and just show them how absolutely thankful you are that they chose you to give their hearts to over all the other dogs out there. I waited until they left before the tears started flowing, you were my man, my happiness and my joy during your time at my house and you my boy are going to be very missed, but my tears aren’t all bad, they are tears of joy knowing you just hit the lottery with this family and I can’t wait to hear all the happy updates. I love you Boss and remember you’ll always have me and that this isn’t goodbye because you are not leaving our family, it’s your new mom and dad that are gaining all of us as family. Go enjoy your new life being the only dog and soaking up all the love and attention I know your parents already have for you.”
