Found in Lafayette, GA Thursday night near Willow West Subdivision. Finder reports, “I was getting out the car from getting groceries and he was whimpering at my car door. His paws were bloody so he may have traveled very far! We have scanned him for a chip and no dice! Trying to see if the owner is looking for him.
