Lost in Mississippi - Dakota (5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer) has been missing since December 28, 2024 from the Braxton area off of Saint John’s road. Our male was found 5 miles away at the corner of Rock Hill Road and Highway 18 in Brandon, MS. She is not a hunting dog, but a family pet. She has been fixed so she cannot be bred. Luke asked for a gsp for years and we were finally able to get one. Our tears have fallen like this rain we are having. Our hearts are broken. We are offering a $500 no questions asked reward. He’s our family pet and even our two-year-old daughter is asking where’s Gunner. He’s brown and liver mixed. He does not have his tail docked. He’s our friendly ball of joy and we can’t even sleep at night hoping he will come scratch at the door wanting to come inside. It was even hard to sing at church this morning because every song seemed to talk about a miracle, and we are hoping for one in Gunner. There’s nothing like a boy and his dog and we are crying out to make this happen! REWARD - missing dog. Last seen a little after 4 pm 7/28/22 at my truck parked at the Sugar Mountain Lead gated road going toward Holly Flats. This road is a few miles past the road for Green Cove Pond in the Cherokee National Forest above Tellico Plains, TN. He is 15 a year old German Shorthair Pointer and has trouble getting around.
