Jake

Please keep the Griffin family in your thoughts and prayers. With broken hearts they are saying goodbye to their sweet Jake tonight (our 2015 Alumnus).  His family has had to make the most heart-wrenching decision and our hearts ache for them.  Jake has lived the last four years with his family who have loved him with all their might. We have no doubt he will be waiting for them at the rainbow bridge with a huge smile on his face and slobbery kisses!
