If you recognize him contact the Clay County Animal Services at (904) 269-6342 (Ask about ARCHIE – ID#A028769; 3984 State Road 16 W in Green Cove Springs, FL). Posted: February 2, 2019  This poor dog has been wandering in a remote area of east TN off of Rt. 129 for at least 2 months (5.1 miles east of where Rt. 72 ends). A Good Samaritan has brought food and water but has been unable to get close – they are calling Animal Control.
