Spotted - East TN

This poor dog has been wandering in a remote area of east TN off of Rt. 129 for at least 2 months (5.1 miles east of where Rt. 72 ends).  A Good Samaritan has brought food and water but has been unable to get close – they are calling  Animal Control.
