Blue - NC

Hi my name is Blue!

Blue is an older GSP, approximately 8 years old, but has a lot of love left to give. He loves training, walks, and snuggles! He also loves to run, chase squirrels, and birds. Blue is up to date on his vaccinations and is neutered. 

He knows several commands; sit, stay, heal, and here. He walks well on a leash with the gentle leader collar. He is house trained but needs to be let out often do to his older age. He has trouble holding his bowels when he has to go number 2. He gets along with other dogs in his pack but not dogs he is unfamiliar with.

He is a little unaware of smaller children especially when he’s excited so he would do best in a home with older children. He would do well as the only dog in the house or with another dog as long as you are patient and can introduce them properly. He is a very active boy and needs to be included in family activities or outings as much as possible; therefore, an active family would be a great fit.
