What do sharks and GSP's have in common?

In this week's edition of Sunday Alum Day, we've got some exciting news...

Find out what sharks and GSPs have in common this Friday, April 8, 2022, at 8pm.

The TV show, Shark Tank on ABC, will feature a new startup,  Swiftpaws. Swiftpaws was created by SEGSP Rescue alum, Piper and her mom, Meghan. Both will be on the show.

Let's all tune in to cheer Piper and Meghan on and watch to see if they get a deal.

Remi Update

This week for Sunday Alum Day, we feature, Remi, a recently adopted pup. See his update below.

Our recent alum Remi had his first visit with his new vet last week.  His mom said he was so well behaved in the waiting room.  He’s all set up for his monthly heartworm and flea preventatives and for his skin issues he’s been prescribed some allergy meds, antibiotics and medicated shampoo.  From Bridget, “We just love Remi so much. He is so sweet and playful. Thank you all again!”
Looks like Remi is going to have an awesome life – we’re so happy!

It has been another week of awesome updates on our SEGSP alumni! See what CC, Boone & Trigger have been up to below. Don't forget to send us updates. We LOVE to hear from you!

Look who received her first novice Obedience title…our alumna CC (formerly Elsa)!! And she took first place in 2 of her 3 legs! From her mom Cathy, “So proud of my sweet foster fail girl. Next up, completing her Tracking Title this spring!”

CC, aka Calamity Cate, came to rescue with 5 other puppies (Brittany’s pups) in 2019.  Her mom keeps her quite busy – and successful!  Congrats CC!

Our 2017 alum Boone (formerly Toby) is doing famously according to his dad Ray. He's Ray’s favorite hiking, camping, kayaking, paddle boarding companion ever.  We love hearing that Boone is active, healthy and obviously loved. Thanks Ray!

2015 alumnus Trigger continues to be his mom’s emotional companion and her pride and joy.  His hips are bothersome, but the 3 medications he takes seem to be helping.  They recently moved and his mom says he has been welcomed by all that have met him and they enjoy seeing such a well behaved large dog.  This photo was shortly before Trigger’s canine brother Cowboy passed away (at age 16).  Thank you Nancy for the wonderful update – Trigger looks happy!
