Lady

​Lady, in FL, has found her forever home!  She has been in rescue since September battling heartworm disease as well as learning to be comfortable with humans.  While in rescue she fell in love with her Aunt Lucy who is finishing vet school.  No doubt, Lady’s time in rescue has brought her to a very good place in life.  She’s happy, healthy and secure in her “shorthair.”  No more intense fear or heartworms for Lady – ever again.  Thank you to her foster parents Jorge and Caroline (as well as her temp foster homes with the Schmidt and Pocchiari families).  Congratulations Lady and Lucy!
