Asher

Asher has found his home – right where he is!  From his foster/forever mom Morgan, “My Grandmother used to have a little black dog stuffed animal that she adored and when I asked my mother about it she said that her grandmother used to tell the story of the little black dog that struggled to find a place to call home. One of the first things my mother said upon seeing Asher was “it’s Grandma’s little black dog!” Well, needless to say, that little black dog has found a home and as much as I’d like to say we chose each other, Asher really chose my dog, Hopper. They have been practically inseparable since Asher’s second week here. Where one goes the other is bound to follow. Although Asher has found some more independence as he has grown, they both still look for each other first thing every morning and have to take naps touching each other. When discussing with family the pros and cons of keeping Asher, he promptly ran over and curled himself around Hopper as if to say this is my place. I look forward to sharing in the many fun adventures of Hopper and Asher.”
We look forward to getting updates on those many fun adventures. Congrats everyone!

Bonnie (SC), one of the 8 puppies brought into rescue, is officially a foster fail.  Word has it that Bonnie and her sister Grace are “attached at the hip” and we couldn’t be happier for the entire family.

From Bonnie’s mom and dad, Carla and Erik, “We want to officially declare that we couldn't possibly fathom seeing sweet Bonnie leave our home!  So please put us in the official 'Foster Fail' category!”

Congrats everyone!

Percy

3/3/2023

Percy (TN) arrived in rescue back in September of last year and after 5 months of searching for his forever family, he found it – right where he is, with his foster, now forever family!  And look at that beautiful smile (that says it all)   Congratulations to Percy, Beth and Tanner!
