Gunnar (aka Gunnar #2) has made an important decision. He is staying right where he is, his foster family is now his forever family. He’s come a long way with training and now has a GSP brother, 2021 SEGSP Alum Buddy, to continue showing him the ropes. We are so thankful for his family for fostering Buddy, and we’re thrilled that they will foster again! We need foster homes!
Congrats to Gunnar and the Sparks family! Cricket, now named Porter, found her forever home this past weekend, yay! She was adopted by the McManus family and will be living her best, most active life and we can’t wait for updates on this sweet girl. A huge thank you to Darrin for fostering Porter during her rescue journey.
Welcome home indeed, Winnie! Winnie certainly won the jackpot and is settling in with her amazing new family, including big brother Chase. She had a long travel weekend, moving from her foster in NC to her forever home in FL, but is so happy to be home, swimming, running, and chasing all the lizards, moths, and butterflies she can find! We’re so happy for the Hughey family! We would also like to thank Cynthia and her family for fostering Winnie throughout her rescue journey. It is pictures like these that make it all worth it.
Peanut, who came to rescue from a Miami shelter, is now officially named Bubba. Yup, he is at his FOREVER home and very, very happy! A huge thank you to Bubba’s foster mom Leone for searching for the right home for him. And he hit jackpot and has his new dad all to himself…no other pets or people, just the two of them. And to top that, his new dad loves the water, so they’ll have lots of adventures together on his boat and the beach. Congratulations to Bubba and Zach – it’s a happy day!
