Holly

​Holly has made it to her forever family with the Mauks!  We couldn’t be more grateful for Kara, Holly’s foster mom, for fostering her for a long time through her heartworm treatment and for lovingly choosing an amazing forever home for her.  Her new mom says, “We feel so lucky to have found Holly! When we started looking, we knew we wanted to adopt an older dog. When we saw Holly, we were drawn to her beautiful jet-black face, and also to her story. We were initially anxious about bringing her into our home with our very active three-year-old GSP with little experience with other dogs.  Holly has been home for about 24 hours, and our GSP is doing well with the suggestions provided by SEGSP. Holly is affectionate and sweet, and we already love her! Thanks to all with SEGSP who have loved and cared for her!”
 
Thank you to the Mauks and again, to Kara.  Heartworm treatment takes a lot of patience and it’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.  Congrats to everyone!
