Lucy

Lucy had a TON of wonderful families interested in adopting her, but in the end, her foster mom Beth just couldn’t say goodbye, so Lucy is staying. And she celebrated with some fun dock diving! 

​Beth said, “I received a lot of wonderful adoption applications for Lucy. While I have been reviewing applications and emails and trying to make the best decision for Lucy, I've listed all the things that I wanted for her to have in her forever family. As it got closer to the time for me to make a decision, I realized that everything I wanted for Lucy, she already had with our family. I found that Lucy has become too much a part of our family and we can't let her go.”  Beth and Lucy (whose new name will be "Kick", short for Sidekick)
